I am a Professor at the Institut de Mathématiques de Bordeaux (Université de Bordeaux), and head of the EDGE joint research team between Inria and the Université de Bordeaux.

My research lies in operations research and integer programming. I am mostly interested in extended formulations, decomposition methods (column generation, Benders decomposition), network-flow models, and their applications to cutting and packing, energy, logistics and planning problems. I work in close collaboration with industrial partners to turn these methods into decision-support tools.

Since 2023, I have coordinated CAP IA, the Compétences et Métiers d’Avenir program in Artificial Intelligence of the Université de Bordeaux. I am also head of the Master track in Operations Research and Decision Support.
